Rosebud

Rosebud is a very luxurious and playful holiday home for 6 - 8 people, just 10 km from the beautiful city of Bruges in Belgium. The very friendly owners Lien & Jan live here with their daughter during the year and now like to open their house to others when they stay elsewhere.

This modern cubist design with raw concrete, high windows and industrial beams is the beautiful result of the famous architects Govaert & Vanhoutte. 

Furnished with a beautiful contemporary design, warm colors, pop art and luxurious facilities. Everything has been thought of! 

The house has an heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pond, professional kitchen with Miele appliances, outdoor kitchen and home cinema. All in all, this makes a very nice and special holiday home to stay in.

The strategic location of the house allows you to easily discover the Belgian coast, Bruges and Ghent.

Ground floor | 312 m2

• Very well equipped kitchen with stainless steel kitchen island. The kitchen includes a walk-in refrigerator, two ovens, steam oven, warming plate, Espresso machine, Quooker, tap with filtered still and sparkling water. Because the owners are real cooking enthusiasts, they also have many cookbooks, herbs and professional kitchen utensils.

• Living room with dining table for 8 people, large corner sofa with television and reading corner.

• Home cinema with Netflix, Prime Videos, Apple tv and Disney + installed.

• Wellness with heated indoor pool (12x4m), Jacuzzi for 8 people, sauna and rain shower.

• Hall with guest toilet.

First floor | 222 m2

• Bedroom with Magnitude Eden bed (2x2.10m), garden view and very spacious ensuite bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, large two-person bath and double washbasin.

• Bedroom with Sofitel double bed (2x2m), desk and access to the roof terrace.

• Bedroom with double pallet bed with very good slatted base and Beka mattress. In this room you will also find two other pallet beds, which can be converted into a sofa or two beds. This room also has access to the roof terrace.

• The two bedrooms share a bathroom from the hallway with a walk-in shower. (The third bathroom is downstairs, next to the swimming pool).

• Roof terrace (18m2) with lounge chairs.

• Open workplace with desk.

Outside

• Outdoor kitchen with sink, gas BBQ and dining table for 8 people.

• Covered terrace with very comfortable lounge sofa and heating for those cool evenings.

• Fire pit with lounge chairs.

• Swimming pond (14x4) with sun terrace and lounge furniture from Extremis.

• Next to the swimming pond you will find another dining table for 6 people.

• (Artificial) grass field with built-in trampoline and play caravan.

This is a house we live in, but we travel quite a lot.

When we are not at home, the house is available for booking.

If we are home you can still send in a request and we'll see if we can make arrangements.

But in that case (the yellow days), you can not book for any shorter than 7 nights. 

The cost also fluctuates depending on high- and low season.

In July and August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. This also applies to the 'negotiable' periods.

In the other months, you get a discount of 20% if you stay more than 7 nights.

Payment and cancellation 

There has to be paid a deposit of 20% within a week after booking. This is non-refundable.

The rest of the payment has to be made at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. 

This is also the latest time where canceling is possible.
